Nick Kostovic’s enhancement and contribution to diversity of initiatives in the community, nation and world are the inventions:

1. Kostovic-Biotechnological Energizer - BTE, an equipment that produces and releases NK biological electricity. The therapist performs a new energetic physical therapy that is capable to improve and cure the different types of cancer,

2. Kostovic/Tesla Electric Engine is minimized mobile power station that produces electric fuel in the chamber of the system. The chamber is charged from the ordinary back up batteries. The produced electric fuel in the system is converted into electricity - AC or DC. Produced electricity is capable to supply the electric motor - two or more and recharge the ordinary back up batteries, as well as any other electric devices - consumers in the system. This way, the cycle of production the electricity is almost continual.
Electric fuel has much better energetic characteristic than the fossil fuel and will greatly contribute to the environmental protection as the electric fuel does not cause any pollution in the atmosphere.

3. I&B Kostovic/Tesla Electric Laser Sheaves - the project that is successfully tested twelve years ago in the city Helsingborg, Sweden and city Split, Croatia. The project is based on new discovery of special ice’s energy irradiation of wireless released electricity. The ice becomes energy agent as a conductor of wireless electricity that is capable to release the electricity in the form of electric laser sheaves. Electric laser sheaves are protected with opposite spinning of electromagnetic induction. These sheaves chase each other in opposite direction with no possibility to cancel each other. The electric laser sheaves are the fundamental base for future High Cosmic Speeds. This idea is based on the successfully achieved improvised experiments with ice as energy agent.
Asteroids, planetoids, sun, etc., fly in the space in the same circumstances. The electric laser sheaves can be modified to become a weapon.

4. Antimatter - non elemental cells.
There is no proof of existence of the antimatter in the religion or in the spiritual life. Antimatter belongs to the human soul. I had a great success to film these non elemental cells for the first time in the human civilization, in the city Split /hill Marjan/ on August 26, 1998, but I was able to attract and irradiate the non elemental cells since August 11, 1983. Everybody will be able to see them filmed. That opened me the site for origin of the Universe, “God’s origin”, human origin, etc. I am able to control the movement of these non elemental cells absolutely, and attract them for everybody. Non elemental cells are flittering in the air. Attracted by the finest biological irradiation they become contracted proportionally, but allowing them a bit more distance, they become proportionally stretched. They are capable to release the value in the form of letter “Y“, ( the letter “Y” was discovered by Egypt’ s Pharaohs). The released form of letter “Y” consists neutral-zero energetic value of particles.

Brief Description

Trillions in the future spending for the Health Care Reform in the period of next ten years could be earned and reimbursed with my two inventions:

1. Kostovic-Biotechnological Energizer - an equipment that produces the

The base for inventions I got from my father Ivo Kostovic who was
employed in Tito’s military and military diplomacy. Yugoslavia’s
Government was researching the processes of aging of the human body and
possibilities to slow down these processes. For unknown reason the
processes of aging are too fast on the mostly parts of the earth. The
exception are some areas on Himalayas, Kavkaz, Russia, Osaka, Japan, some
area on Cuba, etc. My father Ivo and Tito’s Government had a big credit for
this discovery, as well as the famous scientist Nikola Tesla, a genius from
Yugoslavia’s land.

Kostovic-Biotechnological Energizer is a new technology that is able to slow down the aging processes significantly, prevent and help the different types of the diseases, even destroy the terminal diseases with no any side effects.
This technology can extend the human life remarkably vital even to the age of one hundred years.

The equipment K-BTE has to be refurbished in the way that can be produced in the thousands of the single units. The equipment should be connected to the computer screen that therapist and patient are able to see and monitor the process of penetrating the NK biological electricity into the body.

The NK biological electricity is capable to clean the tissue of all physical organs in the body as well as disperse the clots and sticky sick piles in the blood vessels, with no any side effects. NK biological electricity cleans the cells of DNA molecular structure from layers of dead proteins, thus regenerates the cells of DNA molecular structure of central nervous system or any other physical organs. - we are unable to attract the elementary bio chemical charges that are released from the complex elementary structure of the sun ray to the central nervous system. Therefore we are unable to awake the passive brain nerve cells and invigorate the active brain cells.
- we are unable to attract electron neutrinos to the central nervous system that will strengthen the neurons of the brain
- we are unable to stimulate the impulses and send them to the zones where they are lost
- we are unable to clean the physical organs from clots in the hearth, brain, blood vessels, liver, lungs, etc…..
- we are unable to regenerate the spine cord, bone marrow, regenerate the blood vessels and improve the blood stream

The book is far beyond today’s science. Even the spiritual phenomena

I am not a big scientist as genius Nikola Tesla, but I have done a few new inventions and some discoveries that make me capable to finish some of Tesla’s projects such as Wardencllyfe tower. For example: Tesla’s tower will send the electricity wireless to the city in Europe in the receiving station. The electricity can be additionally transmitted by wire to the consumers in the cities, etc.
Transmitted wireless electricity ionizes the air and makes initially oscillation of electromagnetic induction. This oscillation stimulates the illumination from complex elementary structure of the sun’s ray even through the night. It is well known as the phenomena Polar Nights Illumination.
I explained in my book “Universe God’s Jewel” in the chapter “Sun’s ray”
the phenomena - why sun’s ray travels to the Poles by speed of light within two, three or four minutes, but travels to the Equator with delay of approximately ten days.

Example Of Prostate Aggressive Cancer Cured
Without any Side Effects

The K/BTE equipment performs a new energetic physical therapy more than ten years. The therapy by NK biological electricity was performed in healing hundreds of different types of cancer, neurological disorders, heart attack, stroke, etc. This technique is beyond the technologies known up today.

Some of the patients suffered from skin cancer, thyroid cancer and prostate cancer had been cured one hundred percent and cancer free. It had been done with no harm to the healthy cells and with no any side effects. These are the patients that the therapy by NK biological electricity had been performed within the period of the last six months.

Pathology Report from March 16, 2009 for Mr. Vladimir Lonza (73 year old) shown that the carcinoma aggressive type is present in the prostate gland and the gland is enlarged - 10,5 cm. The inflammation of the prostate gland for the years is confirmed. The Blood Test shown that the PSA is 9,4 points.

The therapy by NK biological electricity was performed striking the prostate gland and around zones. After twenty sessions of the therapy the MRI with and without contrast was done and shown that the patient is cancer free, no more inflammation and the prostate gland is slightly enlarged. The blood test shown the decreasing of PSA from 9,4 points to 5,6 points. The patient is still undergoing the therapy for recovering and regeneration of the prostate gland, bladder and to bring the PSA to the normal level.

It is important to point out that this was accomplished with no harm to the healthy cells and with no any side effect.

The book “The Universe God’s Jewel” clears up notions about natural laws and phenomena, which occur as a result of them. One of the key phenomena is the energy that has exceptional power of creation and sustention of life, and was given to us by God and Nature.

As the all-powerful and magnificent God creates to perfection the proportional differences of all values, he also never creates them alone. God did not cause the creation of only one thread of fibrous string. For the creation of a particle, he did not cause of creation of only one particle, as he did not cause the creation of only one medium from their imaginary densities.

By creating the life, God created also the prerequisites for the unfolding of life, and he creates the Universe in which in his image and example live his children. We are all created from God, from the preserved imaginary dimensions, children whose existence values of eternity and duration of the soul are indestructible, and pass through real and imaginary time space, of his divine eternal medium of existence. In this God’s eternal medium of existence, grown from the imaginary into realistic values, all values of existence are being created and developed.

In human creation the basic particles are involved in the form of imaginary dimension of non elementary cells of antimatter, which were occurring before the creation of the Universe. They were linking to themselves the non elementary and neutral energy values attracted by vibration, enabling their energy value to reach zero point. This is the basis for non elementary cells of antimatter of their zero energy point, to be enabled to receive imaginary chemical charge which will give them motion, and consequently life.

Imaginary chemical charge is the basis and power supply for the transmission of the life stimulating energy in motion and materializing of antimatter. These values were created from the Big Bang effect whose imaginary weight was carried off by non elementary cells of antimatter grown up to the oversaturated and over compressed zero energy value. This way the density value in the space of the forming the Universe was separated from the density outside of the forming the Universe. That furthermore caused the difference in the pressure outside of the Universe from the space of forming the Universe. These differences in the density and the pressure caused the crucial first shift, by which at every point of the creation of the Universe the simultaneous reaction of the oversaturated and over-compressed zero energy value was provoked. This way the Big Bang effect was caused simultaneously in a thousandth part of a second and with same force at every point of the non elementary cells of antimatter of the oversaturated and over-compressed zero energy value. The expanded zero energy value of the oversaturated and over-compressed the density and the differences in the pressure have created the Universe, and for the first time produced and released elementary energy values. This is the way that the elementary biochemical charge and the biological electric power were created.

The transition from the imaginary period of the creation of the Universe, after the Big Bang effect, grown up in its realistic curved time space into the realistic period of existence. This period of realistic time of existence still carries the energy characteristics in the formation of the Galaxies, which we can call the pre-realistic time energy values. The planet Earth also carries all of such energy values as the ones that makes up the Sun, and the planets of our Solar System. Second Project

Project: KOSTOVIC/TESLA ELECTRIC ENGINE

Goals achieved in the project:

-K/T electric engine produces and utilizes eco electric fuel, which converts into electricity that is powerful energy capable of charging any type of electro motors in war fighters, cars, vessels, plants, hospitals, etc. This way real eco electric fuel can be produced to be the absolute replacement for fossil fuels and gas.

First step: the electricity from the battery and inverter produces the electric fuel in the chamber of the electromagnetic induction.

Second step: through the special electric circuit that is connected to the chamber, the electric fuel electrons are converted into electricity and are transmitted by wire as direct or alternating current to the charging the electromotor, battery charger and all others electric devices.

Third step: the battery charger or alternator recharges the battery. The battery recharges the inverter, and the inverter continuously charges the chamber. This way we achieved a constant production of electricity, in a continues cycle, where the electric devices in the system charge and recharge each other.

On the contrary, compared to other hybrid engines, the K/T electric engine is a 100% electric engine, which does not, like other engines, depend on fossil fuels, special gases, hydrogen , or ion-lithium batteries, or other substances.

THE BOOK "UNIVERSE GOD'S JEWEL”

The book “Universe God Jewel” clears up notions about natural laws and phenomena, which occurs in nature as a result of them. One of the key phenomena is the energy that has exceptional power of creation and sustaining life, and was given to us by God and Nature. Two chapters in the book “The Forces” and “The Sun” were the base for the projects: Kostovic -Biotechnological Energizer, Eco Electric Fuel in K/T Electric Engine, and for future projects such as Ice The Most Powerful Energy Agent, I&B Kostovic / Tesla Vacuum Electric Laser Sheaves, High Cosmic Speeds, etc., in new technologies of wireless released electricity. The book was written throughout the year 1997/98 in Helsingborg, Sweden, published in Zagreb, Croatia, and published in U.S.A.

I&B KOSTOVIC / TESLA - VACUUM ELECTRIC LASER SHEAVES

I&B Kostovic/Tesla-Vacuum Electric Laser Sheaves is my third project. The electric laser sheaves utilize a special form of irradiation of ice through one form of wireless released electricity. The ice is the most powerful energy agent in the form of irradiated directed energies. A special form of irradiated ice’s energy through wireless released electricity, will become the conductor of electric laser sheaves. The electric electron particles of these ultra fast and invisible electric laser sheaves are long range, which can additionally be enriched and charged with different chemical compounds in a special form of wireless released electricity. Electric laser sheaves have been successfully tested throughout the year1997/98 in Helsingborg Sweden and in the city Split, Croatia. A technical proposal of this project will be available soon.

BIO TECHNOLOGICAL HEALTH CENTER, INC., is a member of the NATIONAL DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION (NDIA). The Center will present several projects in connection with different types of wireless released electricity and the book "The Universe God's Jewel" on NDIA events in Washington DC, throughout the year 2007/2012.
