The NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG) is one such activity. NDIA invites your company to nominate a corporate executive to serve as NDIA’s representative to the NIAG.
The NIAG, formed in 1968, is a high-level consultative and advisory group of senior industrialists of NATO member countries acting under the Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD), the principal forum in NATO for Armaments Cooperation. The United States’ component of the NIAG is a group of nine senior industrialists who have national and international defense program experience (President, Senior Vice President, or Vice President level). Members of the U.S. delegation to the NIAG are nominated by the major U.S. defense industry associations including NDIA, Aerospace Industries Association (AIA), Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), and Government Electronic Industries Technology Association (GEIA). Delegates serve four-year terms to enhance program continuity. The NDIA nominee will be submitted to Secretary Carter for approval.
The following criteria will be considered in selecting the NDIA nominee:
• Level of company responsibility.
• Current or past level of involvement in NDIA activities or other significant international activities.
• Current or past level of involvement in NATO activities or other significant international activities.
• Qualifications to effectively represent the broad interests of U.S. industry through NDIA and to communicate regularly with NDIA’s International Division.
• Commitment to actively participate in at least half of the applicable NIAG meetings (with company funding).
• Previous company representation on NIAG (preference will be given to companies who have not previously had representation on the U.S. Delegation).
Participation in the NIAG offers a significant forum within which to participate directly with industry and government leaders throughout the NATO community.
The time and financial commitments for a NIAG Member are:
• A four 4 year commitment.
• Meetings 3 times per year; twice in Brussels, once rotating through NATO Capitols. Each meeting is 1-2 days in length.
• NDIA International Division Board Meetings (6 per year; 1-2 hours each) to brief on NIAG activities.
• Ad hoc study participation. Not required. Time commitment varies depending on role. Often NIAG representatives serve as primary authors/editors resulting in significant time commitment.

THE CRUDE OIL LEAK IN THE GOLF OF MEXICO IS A FIRST MAGNITUDE DISASTER, AND HAS IMPACTED WEAKEN THE GRAVITY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN. IN THE CASE OF A FUTURE HIT BY A HURRICANE IT MAY CAUSE A MASSIVE TSUNAMI. THE IDEA FOR A PROJECT CAPABLE OF STOPPING THE CRUDE OIL LEAK HAS BEEN SENT TO PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, AND TO THE NATIONAL DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATION-PENTAGON, AND DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY IN WASHINGTON DC.
Dear Mr. President Barack Obama, June 1st, 2010
I would like to bring to your attention my idea regarding the stoppage of crude oil leak.
The existed well-pump has to be cemented with reinforced concrete in the bottom to resist the huge pressure which will emerge after the pipe on the top is clogged. Additionally, the reinforced concrete walls have to be built around the well-pump, and in the level of the leaking pipe. The steel rings have to be placed on the top of concrete walls. The space between the well-pump and concrete has to be additionally cemented to strengthen the structure. The new one pipe has to be placed around the leaking pipe. On the exterior walls of the new pipe, the steel rings have to be inserted. The new pipe has to be fixed tight with steel rope, and the steel rope has to be pulled through the steel rings on the concrete walls. This way, the new pipe will be fixed tight to resist the very huge pressure. The new pipe is still open and the crude oil is still leaking. The Square Cross Bars or Mobile Round Panel ( diameter 22”, thickness 4 - 5” ) has to be inserted on the axel of new pipe. The Round Panel has to be moveable and placed in the horizontal position in order to clog the hole. When the new pipe is fixed tight with steel rope, the procedure of Top Kill can start. The Top Kill procedure is described bellow. When the Top Kill procedure is completed, the Round Panel has to be placed by robot hand in the horizontal position to clog the new pipe. Now, the top of new pipe has to be cemented with reinforced concrete and has to be connected with already built concrete walls around the well-pump.
The huge pressure is the main problem for crude oil spill, and because of that pressure the device of few hundred tones-dome could not stop the crude oil leak . The new device that I suggest has to be gradually set up to avoid the impact of huge pressure and slippery of the crude oil impact on the hole. I have no doubt that my idea could be helpful to stop the leak. The device can be constructed in the shipyard and placed on the hole just within a few days. The huge pressure and slippery of crude oil particles have to be preserved to stop the leak. The mud is good to insert into crude oil leak in order to make less pressure, but it is not sufficient, because it produces the slippery particles which increase the speed of the leak. The mud has to be enhanced with four layers, each layer by ¼ in quantity (¼ + ¼ + ¼ + ¼) combined with the iron sawdust, grind stone and light metals.
The leak of crude oil is few times increased, under new circumstances and this solution of partial extracting is not sufficient. I do believe that cutting the pipe was good idea, but the pipe has to be clogged, and the extracting of the crude oil has to be stopped.
The pump has to be additionally cemented in order to resist the pressure, and prevent the possible weak spots that the pump can leak. The technique of “Top Kill” has to be repeated with next four layers that are described bellow. These layers of minerals could decrease the pressure, and eliminate the slippery of particles. Also the speed of leaking could be eliminated. The layers of minerals could create the new energetic field which could return the flow of crude oil bellow the bottom of the ocean. Finally, the Square Cross Bars or similar device can be placed on the hole of pipe and cemented. This way the crude oil leak can be stopped, and huge environment disaster of three months leaking can be avoided.
- the first layer: the mud combined with the iron sawdust, in the rate of 40% of the mud and 60% of the iron sawdust. This way, the mud will attach the crude oil particles on the iron sawdust particles. The diameter of iron sawdust particles should be from one to five millimeters. It will avoid the slippery of crude oil. The weight of iron sawdust will push the pressure deeper below of the hole of crude leak.
- the second layer: the mud combined with the porous grind stone /the diameter of the porous grind stone should be from one to ten millimeters/ in the rate of 50% of the mud and 50% of the porous grind stone. This second layer will become the protection of the first layer with the ability to choke the pressure and speed of leaking, as well as eliminate the slippery of particles.
- the third layer: the light metals sawdust, as aluminum sawdust, /from one to ten millimeters in diameter/ in the rate of 40% of the mud and 60% of aluminum sawdust. It will have the crucial impact on the pressure of the energetic field in the bottom of the ocean. This layer will protect the two layers above from pressure.
- the fourth layer should be the same as the first layer to enhance the weight of the mud and iron sawdust capable to move the pressure of crude oil deeper into the bottom of the hole. This way, the fourth layer will avoid the slippery of the crude particles. Also, it will interact and enhance the gravity on the bottom of the ocean, and will push the flow of the crude oil below the hole. The energetic field on the bottom of the ocean will be returned in almost the normal strength of gravity, as it was before drilling.
The cement has to be placed on the devices such as “Square Cross Bars”. These Bars have to be placed on the top and on the bottom of the drilling device. The drilling device on the top has to be cemented in order to avoid the possible weak spots of the drilling device. The cement is too much smooth and cannot be placed in the hole, because it will increase the speed and pressure of the crude leak.
The explosive cannot be used in the hole, because it can make the pressure and the leaking of crude oil even worse.

Project: KOSTOVIC/TESLA ELECTRIC ENGINE
Goals achieved in the project:
-K/T electric engine produces and utilizes eco electric fuel, which converts into electricity that is powerful energy capable of charging any type of electro motors in war fighters, cars, vessels, plants, hospitals, etc. This way real eco electric fuel can be produced to be the absolute replacement for fossil fuels and gas.
First step: the electricity from the battery and inverter produces the electric fuel in the chamber of the electromagnetic induction.
Second step: through the special electric circuit that is connected to the chamber, the electric fuel electrons are converted into electricity and are transmitted by wire as direct or alternating current to the charging the electromotor, battery charger and all others electric devices.
Third step: the battery charger or alternator recharges the battery. The battery recharges the inverter, and the inverter continuously charges the chamber. This way we achieved a constant production of electricity, in a continues cycle, where the electric devices in the system charge and recharge each other.

The book “Universe God Jewel” clears up notions about natural laws and phenomena, which occurs in nature as a result of them. One of the key phenomena is the energy that has exceptional power of creation and sustaining life, and was given to us by God and Nature. President Obama’s Health Care Reform and Nick’s new technologies will rescue more then one million lives yearly in US. New technology in Medicine will rescue about 350,000 lives yearly from different types of cancer, about 500,000 lives will be rescued yearly from heart attacks and strokes, and about 150,000 lives will be rescued from different Neurological disorders, without harming healthy cells.
New technology in energy will replace crude oil with bio electric fuel, and open a millions of new working places. Finally, it will bring the hundreds of billions Dollars to US economy.

Electric laser sheaves are protected with opposite spinning of electromagnetic induction. These sheaves chase each other in opposite direction with no possibility to cancel each other. The electric laser sheaves are the fundamental base for future High Cosmic Speeds. This idea is based on the successfully achieved improvised experiments with ice as energy agent. 4. Antimatter - non elemental cells. There is no proof of existence of the antimatter in the religion or in the spiritual life. Antimatter belongs to the human soul. Trillions in the future spending for the Health Care Reform in the period of next ten years could be earned and reimbursed with my two inventions:

processes of aging are too fast on the mostly parts of the earth. The
exception are some areas on Himalayas, Kavkaz, Russia, Osaka, Japan, some
area on Cuba, etc. My father Ivo and Tito’s Government had a big credit for
this discovery, as well as the famous scientist Nikola Tesla, a genius from
Yugoslavia’s land.
Kostovic-Biotechnological Energizer is a new technology that is able to slow down the aging processes significantly, prevent and help the different types of the diseases, even destroy the terminal diseases with no any side effects.
This technology can extend the human life remarkably vital even to the age of one hundred years.
The equipment K-BTE has to be refurbished in the way that can be produced in the thousands of the single units. The equipment should be connected to the computer screen that therapist and patient are able to see and monitor the process of penetrating the NK biological electricity into the body.

I am not a big scientist as genius Nikola Tesla, but I have done a few new inventions and some discoveries that make me capable to finish some of Tesla’s projects such as Wardencllyfe tower.
